1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by WEBozINDIA Solutions LLP (LLPIN: AAF-4891), registered at Office No. 506, Master Mind IV, Royal Palms, Aarey Milk Colony, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400065, Maharashtra, India, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

WEBozINDIA provides mobile marketing services including but not limited to Promotional & Transactional SMS (Domestic & International), Bulk WhatsApp & Longcode WhatsApp, Voice Solutions (Missed Call, IVR, OBD, Toll-Free, Click-to-Call), Lead Generation, Recharge Solutions, Web Development, and Digital Strategy consulting.

3. Regulatory Compliance

All SMS and voice services are provided in full compliance with TRAI regulations, DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) requirements, and the Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR). Clients are responsible for ensuring their message content complies with applicable laws and regulations. DND (Do Not Disturb) numbers are automatically filtered for promotional communications.

4. Usage Policy

Clients must not use our services for sending unsolicited spam or unauthorized communications, any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities, content that violates any applicable law or regulation, harassment, defamation, or infringement of rights, or any purpose that violates TRAI guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

Service charges are as quoted in individual proposals or rate cards. Payment terms are Net 15 days unless otherwise agreed. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax). Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum.

6. Service Level

We strive for 98%+ delivery rates for SMS services. Actual delivery may vary based on telecom operator networks, DND filters, and recipient device availability. We provide real-time delivery reports and analytics for all campaigns.

7. Data Handling

Client data including contact lists and message templates are treated as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties. Data retention policies are in accordance with applicable regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

8. Limitation of Liability

WEBozINDIA Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
